Poetics of Imperfection grows from a fascination with the boundary between existence and disappearance. Developed through a shared conceptual dialogue with Ossagrosse, the work translates fragments of memory into a skeletal sonic language by exploring the blurred connection between extended piano techniques and AI-generated sound.
Here the AI voices are not just tools; they are memory itself, fluid and broken. They surface like forgotten thoughts, sometimes vivid and other times distant and unreachable. Through the interlacing of piano and electronics, sound elements rearrange themselves in space while seeking a fragile and dynamic balance.
Forgetting is not a void. It is a resonant and generative force. We are not just reflecting on the past but searching for the honesty of the boundary between what we remember, what we imagine, and what truly exists.
